Keep on not far from 70 days and that's fantastic.
Try to think of how you would feel in the morning and I don't mean the hangover , remember the pride you feel when you awoke on certain days a week or a month and know you will feel that as you keep the days , life will also soon get better for you and will make the not drinking easier in fact it will be the norm.
John.

Hi dolphin, I was taught to "play the tape", you want a drink, think it all the way through. You have the drink and because we all know we won't have just one, more and more that will lead to..... What would it lead to for you? A hangover? Self loathing and shame? Handcuffs (for some it would)? This helped me in my early days.

Congrats on 66 days! You got this!
