Day 10

Sleeping more than usual. Been walking a lot and trying to catch up with work. No cravings for alcohol or cigarettes which is a blessing. :tyou

Congratulations! :c011:

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and you'll be amazed at the results over time. :)

Just had some beets and vegetable casserole with salmon from a grocery store. Going for a walk but I might lie down before. I'm so tired and feel like I haven't slept in years. Is it normal to feel this tired? I have been walking alot everyday. I am going to walk in a little. No cravings for alcohol or cigarettes, and I am staying by myself but I need to do that now since I feel I need to take care of me.

Congrats on day 10...that is great!. Yes it is very normal to feel tired.Your body is healing. Its good that you feel naturally tired from walking also. Healthy meal and exercise... all very positive. :)

I feel alone and sad that I have no relationships. Did you make friends after you quit drinking? Also I feel so tired now.

Been on wellbutrin for a week and all my cravings for cigarettes and alcohol are gone. I cannot stand the thought of a cigarette, it seems so gross. And I feel nauseated if I think about a drink.
