I was thinking about this already, and wondering how it's going to go - and then this thread popped up!

I'm still wondering how it's going to go. I agreed to go out for NYE, wish I hadn't now. I'll be driving so I won't be able to drink - probably a good thing. But I'm wondering how I'll enjoy it, being around all those drunk people having fun. I'm not looking forward to it at all. :-/

My New Year happens 12 hours before some of you...if I can do it you can too and you will know it I made it.:))

I have plans, but I'm thinking of canceling them because they do involve alcohol and I want to at least make it through day 2 without relapsing.

Presently, we plan to stay home with the kids. We will make it fun for them. Likely watch the ball drop in we all make it that late. I have some sparkling apple-cranberry juice. The kids like it, I can add some to my seltzer.

We have so many games we never play, family games. Maybe we can get the kids interested and do a family game night too.
