You can do anything
Fitz, were you in the Marine Corps? If so, Semper Fi :) I was in for 5 years and the majority of the time it was work hard play hard, which meant drinking a lot. I always had to do everything to an extreme, including drinking, but now I realize I can try to focus that competitive spirit on not drinking. I really do like to achieve goals I set for myself :) I wish you the best of luck, I struggle with trying to self medicate anxiety problems and I know how easy it is to think alcohol will make you feel better. But you and I both know it only leads down a slippery slope to trouble. Good luck, I'm staring over too, it won't be easy |
