My husband took me to a movie tonight...I didn't wanna go but want him to do things he wants to do !
So here I am in the theater bathroom trying to calm myself down from this terrible anxiety...
I really hate this
I'm a crying mess
Can't wait to see the dr
At least I'm still sober:a108:

Take a few deep breaths and pray a little bit...Ask for calmness...If you don't pray...What a great time to start...

And don't drink...Just for tonight...

breathe slowly and practice focusing on the movie, be in the moment, practice....

You're going to get through this. The nightmare will be over & a new day will dawn. You'll have your life back.

I totally pray and don't worry no drinking because I'm never going through this again...made it through the movie .. Feeling better.. I can do this

Don't forget to give thanks for the calmness...
