Sleepless in Houston
 

As previously mentioned I'm on my second round in less than 30 days of detoxing. Typical withdrawal symptoms as before. One of the hardest things I'm dealing with besides anxiety is the MAJOR loss of sleep. I'm not interested in sleeping pills, even over the counter.

Any suggestions?
