I have been a social worker of sorts for many years, (not that it matters), and you absolutely did the right thing. Now all we can do is hope that child services does too....

Very brave of you K. Please let us know how it works out. A 20 year old mom with mental health issues and nowhere to go needs to be intervened on for the child's sake, as heartbreaking as it is. You are doing the right thing. God bless you.
