I will go see her tomorrow...her H is in active addiction and is of no help... he is a pharmacist I used to work with ...so sad for them.... does anyone else feel totally alone...like with their H ,,,comes home and is doing his own thing ???? I am so alone here...I mean I have my kids and pets but they are not usualy up for idle chatter .... |
oh totally beezy. my dh just got an ipod and i swear it's been about 10 solid evenings that he's disappeared to download music. granted, at least these are nights that he's actually home rather than at a meeting or work....it's 9:30 and he's still not home. plus, we never seem to have "quality" time together without the kids. that's why it's great when you all are around (((group hug))) |
Beezy- All I can say is Cancer Sucks!!! I am so sorry for them. Keep us posted. I agree about the freedom that comes with letting people in on my 'sobriety secret'. I was so afraid to let anyone know. What would they think of me?.. As we have shared here, it's not of my business what you/they think of me... Every time I told someone, more weight was lifted off my shoulders. Weirdest thing. So far, I have only had positive responses. I don't wear a sign on my forehead announcing it. I choose to tell people when the time feels right. DH was scheduled to be gone until Friday, but he gets to come home tomorrow instead- that's good. |

it snowed here today. enough to mostly cover the ground and it is sooo pretty. of course, i'm just hoping that school will cancel and we can stay home and play!! but it's probably not enough. ah, well. there is still the weekend forecast calling for more. YAY! my youngest doesn't even remember snow. |
