I also have a new audio book I downloaded to listen to on my drive home to distract myself (a book about stopping negative self-talk…which I really need help with). Yeah, a pool would be nice, huh? :) Sounds to me like you have this covered, dear BD. The only other thing I might add is a snack in the afternoon, so you are not too hungry or HANGRY on the way home from work. :hug: |
