I made it through the airport bar and hotel bar without drinking. Please another day of no drinking today. We’re catching up with my partner’s boozy mates today. I don’t really know anyone and they’re all heavy drinkers so it’s going to be an “interesting” day... I’m still really struggling to find any interest in socialising and still battling the AV. My thoughts so often go to Mum and Dad and I tear up. I don’t really want to be around drinking people. At all. But ‘tis the season and all that. I’m so tired of putting on a brave face when I feel like crying a lot of the time. So I’ll take 10 mins at a time today, all day, like WaterOx and Venuscat were talking about please. Love to you all ❤️ |

Hi everyone. Big day tomorrow, my father is going for his heart surgery. He cried a little bit earlier, but seems okay now. Not too worried, I think it should go as planned and I don't see why it wouldn't. Anyway here for another 24. |
