been kinda bumpy the past week but still here to check in for another day |
24 more please. Just starting to stick my big toe in the idea that all is not lost. Feeling a positive change today. Apologies, I'm not feeling ready to be more active here but it will come. Soooo..... about to call my friend and I'm suddenly paralyzed by fear. I think I've gotten so used to my little safe life with my family and you guys (my sober family) I'm nervous about the flow of conversation. I'm also nervous that my mouth will get carried away and I'll make the whole thing about me. I do that. Okay breathe...... make a coffee and go for it! :grouphug: |
