I was only planning on doing a short bit of interval training but it turned into almost a half marathon. I just got into the flow of the run and with the rain on my face it was just magical and I didn't want it to stop. I looked like a drowned rat when I got home but my word, I feel marvellous. Congratulations to everyone celebrating a milestone today and happy Saturday everyone. 24 more for me please xxx |
