Missed checking in a couple days this week, but I'm still here! 8 weeks tomorrow and I can't believe it's been that long already. Thank God, something "clicked" after what seems like hundreds of day 1s. No big weekend plans, except a ride in my grandson's sweet convertible to get ice cream tonight! He let me drive it yesterday (94 Mustang GT v8 manual drive) and I hadn't driven a stick in about 10 years. As I took off down the road, he smiled and said, "You still got it, Grandma!!!" Looking forward to some house cleaning and purging today...I really am. Hope everyone has a safe, sober Saturday! August 12 @ 8:16am |
