Thank you Dee...I hope you are well.
Hi Gilmer, Mags, Wolfie, and lovely Leigh...and all you other wonderful Julyers.
Thinking of you Leshar, and Snoozy and Bob and Mrs, Bob.
Life is pretty dull at the moment, but I'm not complaining. DS is doing much better; for that I am very grateful.
My sweet Kiki's ashes are ready to be picked up, but I'm not up to it. Going to have DH do it.....would be hard for me to do it this soon.
I think of you all often, and am so grateful for your support and caring..
Croutie

Morning Julyers

I hope you all have a good Friday..

venuscat 08-11-2017 02:54 AM

Early good morning from me....I couldn't sleep.

I have spent a large part of the last two months working on recovery, my relationship with NIck and my relationship with myself. We have come such a long way ~ and through the pain and the hard work we needed to do to heal, we grew a lot stronger.

Life is so precious.....gosh, no one knows that better than the Julyers.
So I am moving forward in faith and love instead of fear. Well, most of the time....I really like it here now. I still wake up on mornings like today and miss Melbourne, but I don't miss anyone there.

My heart is here now and with all of you....thinking of Kris this morning.

Love to all of you. :grouphug:

Hi all. Pete, my heart breaks to know you are still drinking. I see your profile pic and think of how many blessings not drinking brought to your life. The wedding, a new baby. I know you won't stop til you decide to stop, but I pray it's soon that you say "no more". Get whatever help you can.

Snooz. Congrats on 5 months. Again - another beautiful soul that we can't afford to lose to alcohol. Keep working on your plan, never become complacent.

I'm reading some great books right now. We do have choices. We just have to be sure that they are the right ones - and that we mean them.

Lulu and LB. Thinking of your struggle too.
