Hi everyone. bimini threw out a suggestion to come over here and check in. I'm not counting days yet but last time was in October so I am an "undie" I reckon lol. I am snug in the house watching tv, checking in with SR and planning what to eat this evening. I'm in the stage of eating a lot right now. Food definitely is comforting. Reading has also been a big comfort for me too. Hope everyone is having a great day today :wave: |

Hello all! Very nice sunny day around the badgerden, getting a lot of work done outside with the doors and windows open letting in some fresh, although somewhat cold air, but I hate a stuffy house. My work is having a retirement party this Friday at one of the local brew pubs, thankfully I have to work, as I am sure it will turn into a drunk fest and I am not ready to be surrounded by that much alcohol with no clear escape route to be had. However,,, I mentioned it to my husband,and told him he needed to go to represent me, and danged if he didn't take me up on it,,,, which surprised the beejesus out of me, because he never, and I mean never, wants to go to any social event without me. Why this is annoying me so much, I will never understand, he will not have any more than one beer, so its not that,,,I don't know, maybe I am just weird, he doesn't really know anyone except by name, if that,,,,,,, such a puzzle,,,, I did manage to get the house decorated this year with out my glass of wine, wasn't to sure I could pull it off, ( I think I posted something along those lines earlier) but I did it, all in spite of my AV whispering in the background.
