I was at the store this morning and had a fleeting thought about some vodka and lemonade but somehow already making that promise to the hubby held me back. Another huge list of milestoners ! Wowee, its great to wake up and see. We could move mountains with all this resolve and strength ! Well done indeed !! Lets keep the momentum going ! I had a chance to reflect on my nightmare yesterday. It made me realise how horrible it was to be actively drinking. Whilst I had not forgotten, it was a distant memory. A sharp reminder to be grateful for where I am right now ! As well, to exercise greater patience towards others and myself ! Another 24 hours of compassion, loving kindness and sobriety pls ! Its 8:26am here ! |
