Thanks! ! It's nice to see you too! Well, my plan tonight is to stay busy. Tomorrow...same plan! Right now I feel very motivated just for the simple reason I'm overweight and out of shape and so tired of feeling like a frump. My husband said I look great (God bless him!) but I know better. I have about 25 pounds that needs to go find another home. And for some reason if I think along those lines...this should be easy for at least a little while. I ate a very healthy dinner. Where I slip is a month or two in when I start feeling better. I was never convinced I am an alcoholic, but I most assuredly am. Sigh.

Are you sure you are an alcoholic and not a heavy drinker?

phoebe64 04-03-2016 10:18 AM

Hi Lillian!!!

I feel about the same as you about myself, and have had too many little relapses, and have stepped up my commitment to sobriety. I saw your name listed in the 24 hour thread and just had to find you.

Hi Melina!! How are you doing?
