I took Seroquel..it is a great mood stabilizer.

But..about the accidents you, and you too Donna..talked about...so sad.

There have been some here lately, in my small area. In one case, a young father and

two sons..the community rallied and raised a huge amount of money for the young wife

and little daughter left behind.

It does make me value life that much more.

Hey I have to share it with 2 dogs and sometimes my daughter. And I don't lay on a satin pillow either, just plain old cotton for me. She is spoiled rotten, but she brings me so much joy.

going to force myself to go outside now with a bottle of WINDEX and wash 3 windows and water my back yard garden with the rain barrel bucket.

K I went out to pull weeds earlier, and no sooner I started the skies opened up and it poured, grabbed everything, ran inside, 5 minutes later I look out and the sun is shinning again. That HP of mine, is having fun playing games with me.

Oh, and I won 353 Jewels today Believe on Pyramid, Haven't done that in a while. I came in 185 place out of 1607 playing. Woo-hoo!

Hi guys, took a break from SR yesterday, I can't remember the last time I did that. I was spending too much time here, another addiction.

I am starting step 4 today by watching a step 4 JoeMcQ video, then I will listen to Joe and Charlie on step 4, then I will read this http://www.barefootsworld.net/aaworkstep4.html....over the next few days.

Then I will re-read the relevant parts from the book. I might even see what the crappy 12&12 has to say about it.

Then by wednesday or thursday I will be making my lists.

I feel the time is right to get moving on this.
