Hi Frst. Thanks for the info and the advice on the neighbors. Unfortunately discharge of firearms is prohibited here in town but I'm already planning some pool parties with Damon and some of his musician friends. The bigger the amps the better and they WILL be turned towards our suspects yard! |

The holidays are over - NYears E too Thank god. I finally returned to my noontime meeting that I havent been to in weeks. Same idiots, some new ones. Damon is livid. The mortgage brokers husband finally called and said she was home sick. WTF? He was told all day that she was in meetings! Apparently there's an alleged lien against him from when he lived in another state. Why this is showing up just now is beyond our comprehension. Not sure if it's really his or not. We don't have time to research this. It needs to get satisfied or we'll lose our lock. If there's more of a delay we may lose the house if the other party backs out. The attorney just called my cell while Damon was ranting I have no idea how he has my number. He was just as livid. Yelling, but not at me. He is totally pissed at the broker too for canceling the thing at the last minute with no explanation until now. On the upside... I went to the house and did a mouse patrol. No corpses which is good. There were some traps tripped but the bait was still there. Realtor cleaned up the dropping reasonably well I suppose. Now... if we can only close someday soon :rolleyes:. |
