Day 18. Dreamt that I was smoking last night, and woke up relieved that I’m not

Day 19, and the dreams are not fun. Especially since weed reduces your ability to dream, and once you stop they get really vivid. But doing good today, start my new job on Monday and looking forward to it rather than dreading it.

Day 20. Had poor nights sleep, but instead of spiralling into negativity, I’m just feeling a bit tired

3 weeks. Starting a new job. Would have been panicking 3 weeks ago, but instead I’m just slightly nervous.
