Grateful I am getting back to the basics and start on handling the one day at a time. Big picture is good too, just handle emotion at a time.

Grateful for the amazing hike I went on yesterday! Beautiful day, stopped halfway at a coffee shop to socialize, met some wonderful single women just like myself whom I could connect with.

Grateful for my cat who keeps me company when I'm at home. She's snuggled up beside me right now.

Grateful a spot opened up on a river valley hike this evening. Looks like another beautiful day!
