Grateful for this reminder! It is a nothing short of a miracle that I am living in a little flat instead of a prison cell.

Grateful that it's the weekend and tomorrow the only thing I must do is a bit of food shopping. There are a number of shoulds but 'we'll see".
Grateful that I'm recovering quickly after cracking my head very hard on a shelf yesterday.
Grateful for the rude health I enjoy in sobriety -- not bad for an old girl coming up to 60.
