Thank you all for your congrats snd loving words!!!
You will never know how much they mean to me!!!
I still have drinking thoughts pop in my head at times when I am alone. But I am vigilant to not let those delusions take any root!!
Trade a drink for all I have and all I have learned? No way! And thats what it would be too, because I'd never want to stop again.

Hello everyone,

Can I please join this thread? I learned in rehab the importance of noting what I am grateful for each day.

Today I have been grateful for another day sober, for having good food to eat, for a good AA meeting, and for seeing a beautiful bullfinch in my garden.
