Grateful to make a plan.
Grateful for gluten free brownies. I never tried them before but they are delicious!
Grateful for fresh coffee.
Grateful this ole body still works.
Grateful to watch my dog do the perfect "downward dog" yoga pose every morning. One of these days I need to get down and do it with him! Lol

don't read the paper or listen to the media.

I quit taking a newspaper 10 years ago, I've owned no television since about 5 years ago, quit radio 2 years ago. Read occasional news stories on the web now is all.

I'm grateful to have taken out a lot of the garbage in my life.
Grateful that I can rest on this cold all weekend.
Grateful for all the kindness here.

Grateful that I can work and support my family till my partner gets back on the saddle (even on Sunday). It would be hard to do if I wasn't leaving such a clean life.

Grateful for a beautiful "Sunny September Sunday" that I will take advantage of later when I go for a jog.

So grateful not to be hangover. :ring

Acceptance is the answer to all of our problems today

Grateful for my brother who celebrated 89 years of life yesterday. He is not one of us. I call him the good son but who am I to judge. Not. :tyou

Courage2, I read the paper for the obits, comics, and Sudoku. :thanks

I would be lost without the cell, kindle, and desktop. Who knows what new technology will burst onto the market sooner rather than later. I just pray that God will keep giving me the faculties to use the new stuff. :scoregood

Great to see FBL's Phil Silver's photo. :c011:

grateful for a cool, crisp fall in new england morning

Jealous of your New England morning RZ..... But I'm grateful that I got to turn on our fire stove for at least a few minutes this morning . After all....it's all the way down to 70 degrees here. ;)

Grateful to talk myself down closer to calm. I woke up all through the night with anxiety about the 2nd day on my substitute job at the local hospital today. It is without ground as it went well Friday. I am also anxious that I will love it and then in two weeks will have to go back to the two hour daily commute again as there is no open position here locally.

Grateful to give it to God. It is out of my control. All I can do is be my best EQ today. Starting with now.

Grateful

This morning I am grateful for SR for the support and all of the people here that are going through the same thing I am going through and know just how tough it is to get started. I am grateful for all of the hangovers in the past that have helped me realize that that was not a path I wanted to head down anymore. I am grateful for my daughter and for God and for another hour of sobriety.

Grateful that if I need to I can stay home again today.
Grateful that drinking in dreams doesn't bring the consequences of drinking in life.
Grateful for peaceful reminders of home -- my father was a doctor and when I was a kid we took both daily papers in my hometown for the obits. Both had real news like what the farmers were saying about rain and "police beat" which was who got caught shoplifting or hanging about being shiftless. I loved the names in the obits. Bumber, Lora Mae. Spilly, Opal. Rawlings, Reverend Roy J. "Jr." Thanks, grtgrandpa!

((EQ)) I sure hope your anxiety gets better soon. Prayers for you.

Grateful for what I have this morning. And grateful for my mom.

My brother's daughter always says that Rusty. Grateful for her. She shows me how to live life with disease. She had MS since age 29 then melanoma and chemo and more. That sweet lady is now age 50 and a miracle walking.

Grateful that I don't have any problems today. :scoregood
