Grateful that the yoga instructor ran the class even though only two of us turned up!

Grateful that our grass seed is beginning to grow even though the pigeons have been camped there for weeks!

the peace of the morning
to live in a place with no civil strife or war
that I can live in my house comfortably
that the trees are blossoming

Grateful for mornings, sunshine and a sober hydrated body.

Grateful for the desire to want to work toward forgiveness

Grateful that my 20 year old daughter has asked her dad to share a 10 day holiday in New Zealand in January with her. (Something wonderful for her dad ... my husband to look forward to :) )
Grateful for Saturday and just "doing stuff" including taking the "eight legs" for a walk (judging by their tails ... they were pretty grateful as well :) :) )
Grateful is Sunday lunchtime and again still no desire for a drink :)
