Grateful for my dogs, two border collies who are my constant companions.

Grateful for my two dogs, Jack and Greta, and my two cats, Freddie and Lily. :) They mean the world to me. Their love sustains me when times get rough.

Grateful for the possibility of a good night's sleep.
Grateful for the improved ability to manage stress.
Grateful for my family and the wonderful SR community.

Grateful that I stood in the sun today and just b-r-e-a-t-h-e-d.
Grateful that -- after thinking for ten days -- I said yes to myself over something I have been wanting very much.
Grateful that being able to say yes was all down to sobriety.

I forgot my bedtime G, so it's now morning G

Grateful for birds singing.

Grateful for the silence and peace.

Grateful for new friends.

Grateful for my daughter's softball banquet and a yummy meal.

Grateful to start my watermelon diet today, a jump start to lose the weight from quitting smoking. Grateful I'm still not smoking.

Grateful that my situation seems a lot better than it used to, thanks to gratitude.

Grateful for a fun dinner out with my brother and his wife. Lots of laughter.
