last nights moon- could be cloudy tonight- but I am grateful to have somewhere to go

Rent being paid.
Dad is healthy.
Things could be worse.

Today i am grateful that i know the importance of gratitude even though it is hard to "feel" it

Today I am grateful for:

A few moments alone to post here and to reflect.
Another sober weekend has passed.
To be home today without feeling the need to drink the day away.
My health.

The roaring wind blowing.
Safety.
My family.

Today I am grateful for

No hangover or brain fog
Being able to drive to work safely
Getting all my work clothes and food prepared last night
Manning the phone line for a couple of hours, because it's quiet yet and I can catch up her on S.R inbetween calls.
My life, my family, my sanity, my health.
