Grateful I live in an area with 300 meetings a week.....

lol RZ..... the date went as expected....
The bike and the running are helping with the figure. I have never been heavy but what I have is in better shape now.. I am still irritable that due to my heel injury I am sidelined for another day or two...
It is hot and humid and smoky though anyway so.... I am grateful it happened during really crappy weather for bike/run activities...

104F 85% humidity and a lovely thick layer of the CA fires smoke to add to the delight... ;)
