It is wrong. I spoke to a housing advice organisation this morning who put me through to a community legal group. I qualify for legal aid and on discussing what happened and what his behaviour is like she advised me that they could send him a strongly worded letter telling him to back off and that his behaviour is not acceptable, if he ignores that then police and if he ignores that then court for a non molestation order. She said I may also be able to apply for an occupation order as the court decides on a balance of harm, ie who will be harmed the most him by being kicked out or me and my son by having him there.
I'm going to call them back this afternoon.
I have signed up for income support and will be able to continue receiving some benefits so there is progress.
Also I had a phone call from my mother saying that he'd been in touch with her telling her that I'd left him because I am hormonal and hes had a bad temper for the last 5 weeks because of giving up hash. I filled her in. She took it well.
And amazingly!!!!!! I got a cheque for £349 in the post this afternoon so I am going to book a flight to Ireland today!!!!!!

Got a few hurdles to jump before I leave but I'm looking forward to being around MY family for a while!!!
