More support to you from this snowy corner. I was never big on journaling...but it has been the key to my recovery. Somehow putting it down on paper stops it from rolling around in my head. I don't know how that works...but it does. Admitting to ourselves that we were not treated as we should have been takes courage, honesty, and insight that I lacked for so long.
