It's just too much an answer to a prayer not to work out. Besides the house has been there for a year, they know you want it, I think you will be moving in right on schedule. Fingers and toes are crossed.

Well I have done allot of packing and have had about 4 people look at the house,weird having strangers in your house. This week end I think we will be having our first open house. It is very hard for me to be patient when I have finnaly made up my mind, I tend to want to rush things,however I know this is in my HP's hands. I have done the foot work lets see where it takes us.

I am sooooo happy for you. I think it's just so awesome that in _spite_ of being scared you have done all the work and put that house up for sale. That is wonderful courage. I had to put my house up for sale too when I left my ex, and I had become so attached to that house. It was filled with all kinds of memories, hopes and nearly 20yrs of hard work.

Now I have a cute little condo that I just _love_. (ok, so it needs a new water heater, new springs on the garage door, furniture and so on ;) )
