I have 60 days (update)

To sell my house to get the one by my Mom.. house is up on the maket...keep those fingers crossed for me! i'm so frightened....

It's just too much an answer to a prayer not to work out. Besides the house has been there for a year, they know you want it, I think you will be moving in right on schedule. Fingers and toes are crossed.

Toooo funny, you know you have gone to too many open AA meetings when the first though is cool..... too bad they dont have a 60 day chip!

Sixty days is plenty of time to sell your home. If you haven't seen the show, "Sell This House," you might want to make a point of tuning in. It airs lots of good tips on how to attract buyers.

Hmm.....California...where the weather is a whole lot nicer than it is here and I've never been there - add in an odd twist - LOL - I LIKE to paint!!!!!

Good luck with the house selling.

And some of those shows truly are neat! I like the one "House Hunting" the best - even though it's not about remodeling, but could give you some neat ideas anyways.
