Woke up an anxious mess
 

This morning I woke up anxious as hell, I can't believe I've done this again. I keep going over in my head thinking about hoe good I had been doing and now I've thrown it away by getting drunk (party on Sunday) although a new day is a new start, I can't let one slip up affect my chances of staying sober. I will fight this as living this way is not an option.

No not yet, I don't know what kind of plans I should be making apart from staying away from booze. Although I have got an appointment with a therapist tomorrow which I think will be good for my recovery.
