Here I ago again praying for success I cant take no more, so working on day 3....but here is for trying again.....baby steps:headbange

Most all of us have been where you are now and it sucks. There is a wealth of knowledge in these room who would be more than happy to help if you asked.
Try and keep some ice cream on hand for the hard times......

Hi, and welcome. Do you have a plan? A support group? I found willpower alone, and my best intentions weren't enough. I utilized this site and AA meetings. And I avoided people and places that tempted me.
