90 Days today and im exhausted
 

Well that's 90 days with no alcohol and drugs, I haven't really missed or wanted them. But I'm exhausted, can't sleep much but that should stabilise soon :)

I'm also close to 90 days. Have you tried drinking lots of water and working out? That has helped me a great deal.

Hi Jkirk yer I'm drinking plenty of water and def eating much better now. I returned to the gym and swimming last week so I hope that will start to balance me more in the next week or so.

it will take some time to be 100% again. don't lose faith in it.

Congratulations on 90 days, pdoc!!!! Be gentle with yourself; it takes time to heal the damage we have done to our bodies, minds and hearts. It was 6 months before I "started" to feel truly better.

i well remember when i did my 90 meetings in 90 days i said i have done it what do i do now
they said now do another 90 lol and so i did
