Thank you all for your support guys.

Here we are in day 3 and I managed to get an extra couple of hours sleep. I'm actually feeling better than I did day 3 last time around, maybe because I didn't do as much damage in a 5 day binge as I did in the 12 month long session before it. Looking forward to eating today! (not so much the seventeen trips to the bathroom with all the fluids going in and out but that's a small price I'm willing to pay).
