I am grateful this morning that I am not on methadone anymore. It is hot outside; 100F and when I was on methadone the heat was unbearable and I sweat all the time. It is much more bearable now. I don't drip sweat anymore. I know, I know... gross but I am still grateful.
Eddie, I hope you are going to be careful about all that tanning now!!!!!! My Mom had a malignant melanoma when I was little and it was very scary. I stay out of the sun all the time and use sunscreen. Pale can be beautiful too.
I am worried about you. I will keep your nose in my prayers.
