I just started doing smart recovery too.
My doc was meth, and I missed/miss it too. When I was first detoxing
I was so depressed, etc. I just decided if I was going to kick it, I had
to manage myself different. I needed to replace the drugs and that
initial feeling they gave with something differnt.
lol, I went to concerts a lot in the beginning. I love music and concerts.
I always have, so that was a good thing for me.
I still struggle to find stuff to do to replace the drugs, but I am always
searching for stuff to do to keep me occupied.
Maybe make a list of stuff you like to do.
