Yes, they say that crystal is the worst and hardest drug to get off of. I don't know because nothing ever sucked me in like crystal did. I've tried a lot and I could take or leave it all, but not this drug. I too did it PURE....... Ughh, this stuff sucks.
It will be so hard the first week, you'll have ups and downs. I tried to quit many times also. But SR and many of the people here have been a blessing.
I did it on my own, no detox, nothing. It was sooo hard, if I could have i would have went in patient, but that wasn't an option at the time.
I will have 6 months on Saturday and I still am amazed that I am almost there.
I won't lie to you it's still hard, the meth monster is begging me this week to not hit that 6 month mark. It makes this recovery thing all to real.
But gawd, life is better off that drug. So many better things out there, so much more to do!!~~~
Life is too precious to waste on meth.
