Are you still going to Alanon? Do you have a sponsor?
try and go to meetings if you can. you will get lots of support there..Alanon helped me through some tough times..
I lived in Hong Kong for a while and although it's not Singapore there are some similarities..I know if you are an expat (or even if you aren't) there are some good counsellors..try and find one..
While in HKG, my brother committed suicide in the US..I found lots of support with a great therapist who helped me get through a difficult time..it's not easy living overseas and going through difficult stuff...
