Hi Letting Go - I sympathize with the lack of sleep problem - it can make the following day difficult in many ways. Your body will adjust over time, but as you are reluctant to use prescribed meds in the meantime, there are many alternative herbal and/or naturopathic products that are helpful. Juls has posted before about a product called "Calms Forte" which is all natural and available from health food stores - she also had difficulty with sleeping and she found this product to be particularly helpful.
