An old friend who I saw on Friday evening offered me a roll up at the end of the night. I haven't seen him for 3 years so he obviously doesn't know I've quit. It felt really good to decline, and that's something that wouldn't have happened if I'd had a few jars.

Onwards and upwards. I love feeling healthier.
