Mind if I join in with you all? I could certainly use some “adulting” support. . .

Got 2 loads laundry washed, dried, put away.
Made cornbread and Cajun blackened chicken breast for dinner.
Read 2 chapters for the two Hospitality / Tourism classes I”m taking online.
Went to local meat market and bought beautiful fresh American Wagu chuck roast to celebrate my 3 year / 3 month sobriety date coming up.
Salted and peppered said roast to cure in fridge overnight in preparation for searing / braising tomorrow.
I got my spouse’s SSecurity proof of Medicare to my Retirement organization copied and mailed.
Hill hiked for 1.5 hours in my effort to get fit and cure my insulin resistance.
Read and listened to several chapters of research on insulin resistance causes and management, shared some of this with spouse to encourage him.
Updating planner right now to reflect what I’ve done and prioritize for the rest of the week.
*This is a particularly busy day as I am planning to go to the farm and mow Saturday. Usually not so many things. . .
