In my case I pacified myself with sweets. I hadn't even been a big fan of them before quitting - but suddenly I couldn't get enough. After a while it settled down on it's own. The cravings grew less. As others have said, don't worry about it too much - you know it won't continue forever. Be kind & patient with youself as you make this big adjustment. You're doing great.
