When I started recovery my brain was saturated with alcohol.
I needed a simple answer to my alcoholism.
I cared not what 'lable' I wore. and I still do not.
I was not court ordered...or pushed into AA..
or poor or homeless
but I was losing my mind.
Heck,,,I fluncked my MENSA test!
