Its stopped for now and Jupiter is out shining bright in the night sky.
Tursiops i remember my brother talking about a time there was heavy winter rains back in the 90s. He worked at Bekins furniture removal and he told us how they would go to houses on emergency basis and when they'd arrive the house would be after sliding of the foundation there was so much rain. Scary times. Hopefully there will be no more damage done over there. Like you said its badly needed just not in one go.
