Kensie, good job on 76 days. Sorry you are having an emotional day. Drinking certainly won't help, and will only make matters worse. Keep reading and posting here, and drink some watered down sport drink with sparkling water, or whatever you like. You'll get through the night and tomorrow morning you will be so happy you didn't drink.
