Hi rpetezzz - just wanted to say hi and add my voice to say that AVRT can a be a very powerful tool.
After decades of drinking and stopping and relapsing I have finally found my way to sobriety with the help of AVRT. It is as you say wonderful and very free-ing to be able to go through your day/ week/ life without having to factor in the hours of tussling with the AV - it feels like liberation from prison.
