Hi, new here today and didn't really know where to jump in.
Looking back I think I have been an alcoholic all of my life but didn't know it when I was young. I'm 53 now and was really in the grip of booze for 33 years or so. I've been sober now for nearly 3 1/2 years and thank God I finally kicked it (I think) after several failed attempts and nearly losing everything. I'd like to hang around, look around and maybe hear other's stories, I'm sure we've all been to hell and back and some still are. Maybe I can even offer advice, who knows. Thank you.
