Welcome to this little, but very important corner on SR. This thread is a 6-part thread, and has some amazing insights into AVRT. If you haven’t already, please read parts 1 through 5 as well.
This 6-part thread and the book were what I used to be happily alcohol-free over 5 years ago. I tried other methods to no avail, but AVRT finally did it for me.
